Eric Cui is an investment analyst on New Hope-Coalescence’s private equity team.
Prior to New Hope-Coalescence, Eric worked as a financial analyst at Houlihan Lokey, a leading portfolio valuation & fund advisory service firm. While at Houlihan, Eric focused on complex valuations of portfolio companies for private equity funds and hedge funds. Prior to Houlihan, Eric worked as an analyst at Towers Watson, a global HR consulting company, where he provided retirement investment research and solutions.
Eric received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Wuhan University Institute for Advanced Study, and a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from University of California Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Janet is an analyst on the operations team.
Prior to joining Coalescence Partners, Janet was an associate at Hotta Liesenberg Saito LLP, an accounting firm where she worked in assurance services and advisory services across industries. While in college, Janet participated in various exchange programs where she traveled to Chile and Japan to gain business and cultural insights.
Janet received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Languages and Cultures from University of Southern California.
Kelvin is an investment analyst on New Hope-Coalescence’s private equity team.
Prior to New Hope-Coalescence, Kelvin worked as a Structured Finance Rating Analyst at United Credit Ratings, one of the largest credit rating agencies in China. Prior to United Credit Ratings, Kelvin worked as a financial analyst at Lead Ocean, a specialty finance company. Kelvin had previously interned at Hui Nong Capital Management, a private equity fund focused on agriculture and health care. He had also interned at the organic synthesis lab at Sheng Hua Xi Pharmaceutical.
Kelvin received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Master of Finance from Purdue University.

Michael Avery 先生曾担任美国著名基金管理公司基金经理、总裁多年，多次获得美国最佳基金经理奖项，拥有 35 年的投资经验和公司管理经验。Avery 先生是公司的高级顾问以及秦岭资本二级市场股权投资的基金董事。
Avery 先生在美国老牌基金管理公司华代瑞德金融公司任职 35 年，历任公司分析员、研究部主管、全球策略基金经理，从 2005 年到 2011 年任首席投资官，从 2010 年到他 2016 年退休，任公司总裁。Avery 先生担任基金经理的全球策略基金峰值 460亿美金，连续 15年 名列行业领先地位，业绩卓著，Avery先生获得全美最佳基金经理称号多次。Avery先生担任公司总裁期间，公司资管规模翻番，股价上升 3 倍。
刘亦婷女士拥有 14 年的投资管理、战略规划和基金运营经验，兼具对世界一流公司及中小初创企业的深切认知。她是秦岭资本的合伙人和首席运营官，及新希望-秦岭一级市场投资的管理合伙人和投委会委员。
在创建秦岭资本之前，刘女士做为慧恩资本的联合创始人，为中国机构投资者和家族办公室在美国投资以及与美国机构合作提供高端咨询。在创立慧恩之前，刘女士是美国基金公司睿实资本的联合创始人和首席运营官。睿实资本专注于投资 A 股之外的中小盘中概股。此前，刘女士专注于视野中国基金的投资和管理(以及PE和定增为主)，并作为大中华区副总裁，全程参与了视野中国基金的设立和基金在伦敦股市的IPO。在此之前，刘女士先后就职于波士顿咨询公司(The Boston Consulting Group)和百事集团(PepsiCo)全球战略投资部。
刘女士 2003 年毕业于哈佛大学，专业是以经济为应用领域的应用数学。她是亚洲金融协会的董事。
蒋战鹏先生拥有超过 20 年的全球投资管理经验，侧重于新兴市场和亚太区域投资。他是秦岭资本二级市场股权投资的基金经理，及新希望-秦岭一级市场投资的投委会委员。
在创建秦岭资本之前，蒋先生就职于美国老牌基金管理公司华代瑞德金融公司，担任高级副总裁和基金经理。蒋先生于 1999 年加入该公司担任亚太市场股票分析师，2003 年因业绩出众成为公司最年轻基金经理。2003 至 2014 年间，蒋先生独立管理常春藤太平洋机会基金，并在 2010 年获得行业最权威的基金评级公司理柏 (Lipper) 亚太区股票基金 3 年 和 5 年期最佳基金大奖。2014 至 2016 年期间，蒋先生共同管理的常春藤新兴市场股权基金获汤森路透理柏最高五星级评级。在此之前，蒋先生曾就职于荷兰银行浩威证券亚洲有限公司(香港)担任中国股票市场分析师。
高海先生在美国大型投资公司有 11 年的全球投资经验，投资地区包括美国、欧洲、日本、中国、其他亚太市场、以及拉美等新兴市场。他是秦岭资本二级市场股权投资的基金经理，及新希望-秦岭一级市场投资的投委会委员。
在创建秦岭资本之前，高先生作为 Northern Cross 公司 6 人投资团队成员之一，管理资产约 500 亿美金。该基金是全球最大的国际基金之一，投资于全球股票市场，所投行业包括消费品、科技和互联网、工业、大宗商品、医疗、金融服务能源。在此之前，高先生是 Institutional Capital 的核心投资团队成员之一。Institutional Capital管理资产约 200 亿美金。高先生加入公司 5 年就进入公司全球投委会，成为公司历史上最年轻的投委会成员。
Jonathan is an investment analyst for the firm’s public equity investments.
Jonathan joined Coalescence Partners shortly after graduation from University of Chicago. His previous experience includes an internship at the Global Strategic Initiatives at World Business Chicago, a public-private partnership chaired by the Mayor of Chicago that drives inclusive economic growth, supports business, and promotes Chicago as a leading global city. He has also interned at the research and information center at the Israeli Parliament in Jerusalem. While in college, Jonathan participated in the founding of HexinEdu, a tech-startup that aims to improve the traditional education system by applying advanced technologies from disciplines such as cognitive science, artificial intelligence, big data and machine learning.
Mr. Zhao received a Bachelor of Science in Life Science from Tsinghua University (China), and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
Daisy brings 7 years of experience in buy-side investment research and investment banking. She is an investment associate for the New Hope-Coalescence private equity investments.
Prior to joining New Hope-Coalescence, Daisy was an investment associate at Premji Invest, a global family investment office in the San Francisco Bay area. Prior to Premji Invest, she was a research intern analyst at Falcon Edge Capital, a “Tiger Cub” global long/short equity hedge fund in New York. Prior to Falcon Edge, Daisy worked as a Vice President in the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong, focusing on cross-border M&A and equity financing. Daisy started her career as an investment banking associate at China International Capital Corporation in Beijing.
Daisy received a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from Fudan University (China), and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Avery brings 35 years of global investment expertise and C-level management experience in one of the top investment management franchises in the US. He serves as a Senior Advisor to Coalescence Partners and is a Director of the fund boards for the firm’s public equity investments.
Prior to his retirement in 2016, Mr. Avery served as the President of Waddell & Reed / Ivy Funds from 2010 to June 30, 2016, served as the Chief Investment Officer from 2005 to 2011 and served as its Senior Vice President since 2005, Portfolio Manager since 1994, Director of Investment Research since 1987, and Investment Analyst since 1981. Mr. Avery was the lead manager of Ivy Asset Strategy Fund, a top performing global asset allocation fund with peak assets of approximately $46 billion. He received numerous fund manager awards through his investment tenue. While Mr. Avery was the President of the company, the assets under management doubled, and the price of the company’s stock went up 3 folds.
Mr. Avery received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, St. Louis and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the Saint Louis University.
Harry brings 11 years of global investment experience covering all major regions and industry sectors. He is a portfolio manager of the firm’s public equity investments and an investment committee member of the New Hope-Coalescence private equity investments.
Prior to Coalescence Partners, Harry was part of the six-person investment team managing approximately US$50 billion at Northern Cross. He was actively involved in the team’s investment and management of a portfolio of international stocks, expanding sectors including consumer, technology and internet, industrial, commodity, healthcare, financial services and energy. Prior to Northern Cross, Harry was part of the core investment team managing approximately US$20 billion at Institutional Capital. Harry became a member of Institutional Capital’s global portfolio management committee after only 5 years at the firm, the youngest member on the committee.
Harry received a Bachelor of Engineering from Tianjin University (China), a Master of Science from Singapore-MIT Alliance, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Yiting brings 14 years of experience in investment, strategy and operations. She has worked for world class companies and has started companies from scratch. She is the COO and a partner of the firm, and a managing partner and an investment committee member of the New Hope-Coalescence private equity investments.
Prior to Coalescence Partners, Yiting was a co-founding partner of HuiEn Capital and advised Chinese institutions and family offices looking to invest in the US and/or to joint ventures with U.S. institutions. Prior to HuiEn, Yiting was a co-founder and COO of Ray Shi Capital, an investment management company focused on small- and mid-cap Chinese equities. Prior to Ray Shi Capital, Yiting focused on the investment and management of Vision Opportunity China Fund (primarily private equity and PIPE). As the Vice President and head of Greater China, she was actively involved in the formation of Vision Opportunity China Fund and its IPO on the London Stock Exchange. Prior to Vision, Yiting worked at PepsiCo’s corporate strategy and development group at its global headquarters. Yiting started her career at the Boston Consulting Group in New York.
Yiting received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Math with an Applied Field in Economics from Harvard University. She is a Board Member of the Asian Financial Society.
Frederick brings 20 years of global investment experience with a focus on emerging markets and the Asia Pacific region. He is a portfolio manager of the firm’s public equity investments and an investment committee member of the New Hope-Coalescence private equity investments.
Prior to Coalescence Partners, Frederick was a Senior Vice President and a Portfolio Manager at Waddell & Reed Financials, one of the oldest fund management companies in the US. Frederick joined Waddell in 1999 as an Asian Equity Analyst, and was named Portfolio Manager in 2003, the youngest portfolio manager at the firm. From 2003 to 2014, Frederick was the portfolio manager for Ivy Pacific Opportunities Fund and received two Lipper Best Fund Awards for the Asia Pacific category in 2010. From 2014 to 2016, he was the co-portfolio manager for Ivy Emerging Market Equity Fund, which was ranked 5-star by Thomson Reuters Lipper. Frederick started his investment career in 1994 as an Equity Research Analyst at ABN Amro HG Asia Ltd. in Hong Kong.
Frederick received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Central University of Finance and Economics (China), and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business.
